Ash & Oak Candle Co. brings the candle-making experience directly to you! Host a private candle-making party in your home, backyard, event space, or venue of your choice anywhere on Long Island.

You provide the space, your favorite people, and the wine & cheese, we bring everything you need to create your very own custom candle from start to finish.

Perfect for girls’ nights, birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, engagement celebrations, corporate events, team-building, housewarmings, or simply an excuse to get everyone together.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

We arrive with everything needed to transform your space into your own private candle studio.

Each guest will receive:

• A beautiful candle vessel
• Natural candle wax
• Wick & candle-making supplies
• A selection of Ash & Oak fragrances to choose from
• The opportunity to create their own custom scent
• Step-by-step candle-making instruction
• A personalized label for their finished candle
• Their own hand-poured candle to keep
• All setup & cleanup included

No candle-making experience is necessary — we guide you through the entire process!

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick your people & your place.
Invite your friends and choose where you want to host. We can set up at your home or another private venue of your choice on Long Island.

2. Pour the wine.
The host provides any wine, cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, cheese boards, snacks, or food they'd like to serve. Make it as simple or as elaborate as you want.

3. We bring the candle studio to you.
Ash & Oak arrives with the wax, vessels, fragrance oils, wicks, pouring equipment, tools, table protection and everything else needed for the experience.

4. Create your candle.
We'll walk everyone through the candle-making process while guests smell different fragrances, choose their favorites, and create a candle that's completely their own.

5. Sip, pour & enjoy.
While your candles begin to set, relax, eat, drink, take pictures and enjoy your party!

Because freshly poured candles need time to properly set, candles may need to remain undisturbed after pouring. Depending on your event, we'll coordinate the easiest option for taking your finished candles home or arranging pickup afterward.

Additional travel fees may apply depending on the event location. Larger parties and custom event packages are available upon request.
